Why attend?
A comprehensive stewardship resource designed to guide
people toward a deeper understanding of God’s stories
and story, and to become more effective sharers of God’s
gifts.
By focusing on God’s love for us and gracious gifts
to us, we can live gratefully and graciously in response to
God’s blessings by sharing the stories of God’s love and
being generous in our giving.
Who should attend?
Pastors and other congregational leaders, particularly those serving on stewardship committees and church councils, will benefit from the conference. Implementation of what is learned is more likely when three or more members of the same congregation attend together.
Registration upon arrival
The entire conference will be held at the Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago, 1100 East 55th Street, Chicago. Registration and check-in will be at the main entrance outside of the Augustana Chapel. Refreshments will be provided in the cafeteria. Pre-registration prior to April 23, 2008 is encouraged and preferred.
