Seminary Housing

The Seminary offers students affordable and spacious one, two, three and four bedroom apartments for both single and married students. These vintage Chicago brownstone apartments are located across from the Seminary and create a space for community, study, and relaxation. We even allow pets!

Shared Occupancy Apartments*
Single students can decide to live alone (see Private or Family Housing) or share an apartment with 1, 2, or 3 roommates. The apartments are arranged as suites and students have their own bedrooms. Common space includes kitchen, living room and bathroom.

Private or Family Housing*
Single students or families may rent 1-, 2-, or 3 bedroom apartments. The apartments have a kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom, and bedroom(s). The larger 2- and 3-bedroom apartments are first made available to students with children.

Housing rent is due and payable on the first working day of each month.

*Note: Students may rent an unfurnished apartment, and, for an additional charge of $35 per month, rent a Basic Set of furniture (bed, chest of drawers, desk, and chair). The supply is limited; sets are assigned on the basis of need and date of application.
