LSTC seeks the commitment of members of our seminary community to an earth-friendly lifestyle
and a commitment to care for creation.
LSTC introduces new students to LSTC practices of earth-keeping. The community is invited to make a “Covenant with Creation” by choosing from a list of earth-friendly practices and pledging to keep these as part of their Christian discipline.
Green Zone meets several times each quarter for an educational component designed to support and encourage participants in their commitment to the environment. Resources for graduating seniors: the Green Zone group hosts dinner and invites a speaker to share “care for creation” resources for use in the parish.
