"Blessing of the Animals" - Monday October 1, 2007

The annual Blessing of Animals service was held during the chapel service at 11 a.m. on Monday October 1.

The Communion Service on Wednesday, October 3, featured a liturgy from the Season of Creation celebrating Animal Sunday. (for all liturgies, see www.seasonofcreation.com). At this service, members of the LSTC community were invited to make a “Covenant with Creation” identifying the environmental actions they are willing to take in order to care for creation.
