“I am able to use hundreds of pictures of Old Testament stories by classical artists who
interpret these texts from different centuries and different cultures. Through my website I am able to provide thousands of links to quality resources on the web and from my own writings that give current students and congregational leaders a virtual library about the Old Testament that can be accessed from anywhere in the world.

“Teaching biblical Hebrew is enhanced by audio recordings on LSTC’s learning management
system. Using Bible Works software, I can project the text onto a screen, making it easier for students to understand the details of the biblical text.

“Online learning allows LSTC professors to share their learning via the web for programs of
continuing education for rostered leaders, for lay education, and for students whose personal circumstances make it difficult for them to spend three years in residence in Chicago.”
