Endowed Faculty chairs

An excellent faculty has a profound impact—they challenge and inspire their students to realize their own maximum potential as pastors, preachers, and teachers in and for the church.

LSTC’s 20 full-time faculty members are a gift to the whole people of God. These talented women and men are nationally and internationally respected educators whose teaching, books, presentations, and articles stir the hearts and minds of the faithful.

Prospective students who visit campus often decide to attend LSTC based on their experiences in the classroom and one-on-one meetings with faculty members.

Excellent faculty and student accessibility to faculty mean that LSTC graduates are
excited about interpreting the Scriptures, know how to translate faith into action, and can proclaim the Gospel in compelling ways.
By recruiting, retaining, and advancing the seminary’s faculty in their teaching and scholarship LSTC also will continue to attract exceptional future leaders of the church.

Endowed faculty positions ensure that the seminary will always have the financial
resources to support an outstanding faculty.
