About the Ruth and Paul Manz Organ: Named in honor of recitalist, composer and former artist-in-residence, Paul Manz and his spouse, Ruth, the 1,666-pipe tracker organ was built by the M. L. Bigelow company of American Fork, Utah as their opus 31.

It is the first Bigelow organ installed in the Chicago area. With 2 manuals and pedal, 31 ranks and 25 stops, the organ is designed to support robust congregational singing within the context of the seminary's daily worship life and to play repertoire from a variety of time periods and styles.
