January Retreat/Women in ministry

A quiet retreat with time for personal prayer as well as spiritual direction will occur during J-term at the Cenacle Retreat Center in Warrenville, IL, provided there is sufficient registration. Pr. Jan Jones, an ELCA pastor, spiritual director and retreat leader, will lead the retreat. The retreat will focus on the experiences and needs of women in ministry. The cost is $120 per person.

The anticipated schedule will run from early afternoon on the first day, through a second day, finishing up after the noon meal on the third day. We hope to plan the retreat so that it does not conflict with J-term classes. Scheduling details will be determined in consultation with those who register for the retreat. Grants one GIF credit.

To register for either retreat: Contact the Director of Spiritual Formation as soon as possible. You will need to give the director a $30 deposit by Oct. 10 to secure space for the retreat.
