Volunteer Leaders

The seminary maintains three separate boards that provide oversight of the institution and its programs. The Board of Directors is the seminary's governing board and is made up primarily of representatives from the seminary's eighteen supporting synods. The Foundation Board of Trustees serves as the seminary's investment committee, advises the seminary's president on a wide-range of issues and provides leadership to the seminary's fundraising efforts. The Alumni Board also advises the seminary's president on issues ranging from strategic planning to student recruitment and provides fundraising leadership.
