Mr. Adam M. Wilhelm has been appointed director for advancement at the Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago beginning February 1, 2007. As a director for advancement, he will have responsibilities as LSTC's major gift officer relating to the northern third of the Metropolitan Chicago Synod and all of East-Central Synod of Wisconsin, Northwest Synod of Wisconsin, and Northern Great Lakes Synod. In addition, Wilhelm will have team leadership responsibility for enhancing one or more of LSTC's income streams.
Wilhelm joined LSTC's Office for Advancement in September 2003 as assistant director for advancement. He has been responsible for all aspects of gift processing and acknowledgement, database management, prospect research, direct mail appeals, and the donor report.
Wilhelm graduated from St. Olaf College in 2003 with a double major in English and American Racial and Multi-cultural Studies. He resides in the Wicker Park neighborhood on Chicago's north side.
